My goal in practicing Real Estate is to serve the families that trust us with one of the biggest decisions they may ever make, in a way that is trustworthy and honorable. Having served the citizens of Newton County for over 30 years, guiding them through the toughest times in their lives, I am a dedicated servant to those who place their trust in me.
MEET ADAM
It wasn’t until becoming licensed as a real estate agent in 2020 that I realized probably 60% (and that number is extremely conservative) of the real estate industry is trained to seek out these “leads” and paint the rosy picture of being this survivor’s savior. However, when it comes to working with families who have to probate their loved one’s estate, many real estate “professionals” don’t want to deal with that process because the paycheck is “too far out” or the process is too cumbersome.
Full disclosure: I became a real estate agent with the goal of getting out of the death care industry. But realizing that I was in a unique position to truly help survivors navigate the often rocky road of estate probate AND truly understand the ups and downs of the grief that impacts their decision making during this time, I shifted my focus to gaining as much information as possible and to identifying experienced partners (probate attorneys, contractors, lawn maintenance providers, and general handymen) to put together a team that is more motivated by the outcome for the survivor than the money they can put in their pockets.
We pride ourselves on walking each family through their options when it comes to dealing with the probate of their loved one’s estate. Whether this process leads to a sale of property which generates a commission check is not of the utmost importance. The satisfaction of helping someone safely navigate one the most tumultuous times of their lives is our ultimate motivation.
